FIELD: radar.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to short-range radars and is intended mainly for detection of a low-altitude concentration target or floating crafts with underlying signals reflected from a distributed sea surface and formed by exposure of this surface with a radar signal. Said result is achieved by that a two-wave adaptive radar comprises two transceiving antennae, two transceiving devices, two transmitters, two duplexers, two receivers, two amplifiers of Doppler frequencies, six multipliers, a low-pass filter, two switches, an actuating cascade, a sawtooth voltage generator, a comparator, an accumulator, a variable-capacitance diode, three narrow-band filters, a phase shifter for 90°. Listed components are connected to each other in a certain manner.

EFFECT: technical result is the increase of the radar sensitivity when measuring small values of Doppler frequency and determining its sign.
