FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to filter (2) of particles for filtration of exhaust gas in internal combustion engine, in particular in vehicles. Filter comprises housing and filter element (5). Filter element (5) is supported in internal casing (9), which is supported in radial direction in outer casing (12) and is located with possibility of axial movement in such outer casing (12). There is axial support of internal casing (9) on ring (24), which is supported in axial direction on cover (22). Cover (22) covers mounting hole (20) of housing by means of at least one bearing element (25) for transfer of forces of pressure. Present invention also relates to silencer (1) containing particles filter (2).
EFFECT: simplified mounting and/or simplified filtering element (5) location, and/or improved seal of housing (4).
