FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: said group of inventions relates to a method and an apparatus for level measurement. Disclosed method involves displaying of a horizontal fiducial line and a measurement line, as well as an object, being photographed at this moment by the camera in the terminal interface, the flat surface, defined by the measurement line and the horizontal fiducial line, parallel to the display interface, and the measurement line, which is relatively static in reference to the display interface. Then, calculation of the angle between the measurement line and the horizontal fiducial line during turn of the terminal in such a way, that the edge of the object is parallel to the measurement line, determination of the angle obtained, when the edge is located parallel to the measurement line, as an angle between the object and the flat surface. Apparatus includes: a display module, the first design module and the first module of determination.
EFFECT: expandability for the terminal angle measurement.
