FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing nanocapsules of rose hip flavonoids. Above method is characterized by that rosehip flavonoids are dispersed in sodium alginate in isopropanol suspension in the presence of glycerol ester with one or two molecules of edible fatty acids and one or two molecules of citric acid with mixing at 1,300 rpm, then butyl chloride is added, nano capsules precipitate is filtered and dried at room temperature, wherein nucleus/shell weight ratio in nano capsules makes 1:3, 1:1 or 5:1.
EFFECT: invention provides simplification and acceleration of rosehip flavonoids nano encapsulation process, as well as higher weight yield.
