FIELD: nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, in particular, to food industry and represents method of producing nano-capsules flavonoids rosehips, characterised by that envelope used is sodium alginate, and core are flavanoids rosehips, method flavanoids rosehips are dispersed in sodium alginate suspension in benzene in presence of glycerol ester with one or two molecules of edible fatty acids and one or two molecules of citric acid while stirring, ethyl acetate is added, sediment is filtered and dried at room temperature, ratio of flavanoids rosehips: sodium alginate is 1:3, or 1:1, or 5:1.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplifying and accelerating the process of producing nano-capsules and increases mass output.
