SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing nanocapsules of flavouring agent "tropic" in sodium alginate. Said method is characterised by that flavouring agent "tropic" is dissolved in butanol, obtained mixture is dispersed in sodium alginate solution in methanol in presence of glycerol ester with one or two molecules of edible fatty acids and one or two molecules of citric acid while mixing at 1,300 rpm, further, butanol and water are added, obtained suspension of nanocapsules is filtered and dried at room temperature.
EFFECT: invention simplifies and speeds up process of producing nanocapsules and increases mass output.
