FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a method for producing drug preparations of penicillin. The above method is characterised by the fact that sodium alginate in butanol is added with the preparation E472c; the prepared suspension is added with a drug preparation of penicillin dissolved in ethanol; after a solid phase is formed, methanol and distilled water are added; the prepared suspension of microcapsules is filtered, washed in acetone and dried in a drying cabinet.
EFFECT: invention provides simplifying and accelerating the process of microencapsulating the drug preparations of penicillin in sodium alginate, as well as increasing a weight yield.
