FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and represents method of producing potassium losartan nano-capsules, characterised by that sodium alginate is used as envelope, and core is potassium losartan, during implementation of method potassium losartan is dispersed in sodium alginate suspension in hexane in presence of glycerol ester with one or two molecules of edible fatty acids and one or two molecules of citric acid while stirring, 1,2-dichloroethane is added, sediment is filtered and dried at room temperature, at tahat ratio of sodium alginate: potassium losartan is 3:1.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplifying and accelerating process of producing nano-capsules and increasing in mass output.
