SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology and medicine, namely to technology for implantable medical devices (stents), containing radiopaque substances based on organic compounds of lanthanum distributed in their coverage. Disclosed is a composite material comprising a foundation and glikolan, such as the composition of polyvinyl alcohol and chitosan or polylactic acid.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides satisfactory radiopacity not only during the stenting procedure to the patient, but also after installation, and simultaneously provides additional positive effect due to the therapeutic properties of glikolan.
