FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition of high-strength concrete and can be used for making articles in civil and industrial construction, as well as for building facilities of special purpose. Method is based on silica nanoparticles influence on the rate of calcium silicate hydration reactions, on calcium silicate hydrates gel structure, and, finally, on mechanical properties of concretes. To form silica nanoparticles in a hydrothermal solution polycondensation of molecules of orthosilicic acid (OSA) is performed supplied when dissolving aluminosilicate minerals of rocks under conditions of high pressure and temperature in the entrails of deposits. Nanoparticles produced after completion of the polycondensation of OSA are concentrated with the use of ultrafiltration membrane filters. Stable aqueous sol is mixed with a super plasticizer and introduced in the tempering water at the nanosilica doses by cement of 0.01-2.0 wt% and the super plasticizer doses by cement of 0.0-1.0 wt%, the tempering water is mixed with liquid additives of the sol and the super plasticizer and cement-sand is added into the system with the W/C ratio from 0.71 to 0.25, the cement-sand mix is mixed with the tempering water.
EFFECT: technical result is acceleration of hardening and higher compression strength at the design age.
