FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used to make high-strength concrete articles in civil and industrial construction, as well as during erection of special purpose structures. High-strength concrete prepared from a mixture comprising a complex additive, consisting of the following components, wt. %: 20 % polycarboxylate polymer solution (CP-WRM), having a pH value pH = 6 and a density of 1.029 g/cc 60–65; high-molecular polymer compound with a molecular weight of more than 600 g/mol, a density of 0.98 g/cc and a pH value of 6.5 to 16–18; colloidal solution (sol) of silicic acid with a density of 1.014 g/cc and pH = 3.5 19–22; in the following ratio of components of the raw mix, wt. %: portland cement – 19.9–21.9; said sand – 27.8–28.2; said gravel – 42.3–43.5; said additive – 0.18–0.2; water – 7.82–8.2.
EFFECT: technical result is the production of high-strength concrete with high frost resistance and high water resistance.
