SUBSTANCE: provided to realise the described result is reception of configuration information for channel status information (CSI), related to uplink signal transmission, and discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration information from the base station. The DRX operation is executed based on the DRX configuration information. The control message for initiating uplink signal transmission within the active time in accordance with the DRX operation is received from the base station. Based on the CSI configuration information, it is determined whether the time resource for uplink signal transmission is in active time. In response to the time resource not being in active time, the uplink signal is transmitted in accordance with the type of uplink signal transmission based on the CSI configuration information.

EFFECT: achieved possibility of issuing a report on the channel status reference signal and the sensing reference signal not in an inactive time in a 5G mobile communication system.
