METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF THE RISK OF DEVELOPING POOR UTERINE CONTRACTION STRENGTH IN WOMEN OF DIFFERENT SOMATOTYPES Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61B5/00 G01N33/48

Abstract RU 2723596 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used to predict the risk of developing poor uterine contraction strength in females of different somatotypes. In the examined woman in gestation to 9–10 weeks, anthropometric values are measured: body weight and length, thickness of skin-fat folds on the shoulder in front, on the shoulder from behind, on the forearm, on the back, on the abdomen, on the thigh, on the shin, circumference of arm forearm, thigh and shin. Body fat and muscle mass are calculated by formula J. Mateigka. Determining the somatotype by the method of R.N. Dorokhov. Gestation period of 28–29 weeks is the total protein level in the blood, the heart rate is measured and the Robinson index is calculated. Probability of development of poor uterine contraction strength in a specific patient by the original calculation formula is calculated. Result is 60 % to 100 % predicting a high risk of developing poor uterine contraction strength.

EFFECT: method enables predicting a risk of developing poor uterine contraction strength in females of different somatotypes by performing rapid diagnosis of female somatotypes with body weight index.
