SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for creation of permanent joints of parts with exclusion of electrical conductivity between them, for example, electric-diamond machine grinding shaft with its supports. Method includes winding of electric insulating glass material in form of tape from glass fabric with polymer composite material on seats of shaft, installation of shaft supports and polymerisation of composite material. Method enables to create non-detachable connection of parts made from various materials-steel and bronze, steel and titanium, titanium and glass, etc.

EFFECT: compound has high strength and good electrical insulation of parts, which may be processed as solid product, providing high operational accuracy.
