SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dermatology, balneology and physiotherapy, and can be used for rehabilitation of patients with eczema at the health resort stage. Magnetic laser therapy sessions are conducted in the morning for two days in a row with breaks on the third day at wave length 0.63 mcm, radiation power 1.5 mW and exposure time 15 minutes; course includes 10 sessions. Also, daily in the afternoon, baths are taken with “Adzhi-Su” mineral water at water temperature of 36-37 °C, for 20 minutes, the therapeutic course is 12 procedures. Le Santi cream is applied on eczematous skin areas for 14 days 2 times a day in the morning and in the evening during the sanatorium-and-spa treatment.

EFFECT: method enables achieving prolonged remission, reducing the rate of relapses and improving the patient’s quality of life by increasing the adaptive capacity of the body, improving the psychosomatic state and reducing the clinical manifestations of the disease by the combined effect on the pathogenesis of eczema.
