FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: therapeutic hygiene of eyelid edges is carried out. Tear-substituting drops are instilled. The surface of the open eye is influenced by a speckle-field of the laser with a wave length of 650 nm, spot diameter of 45 mm, density of irradiation power of 0.1±0.03 mW/cm2. On the first day performed is an impact by the speckle-field with a frequency of modulation of 0.38 Hz for 3 min, on the second - 1.12 Hz for 4 min. On the third day an impact with a frequency of modulation of 1.88 Hz for 5 min is performed, on the fourth day - 2.62 Hz for 6 min, on the fifth day - 3.38 Hz for 7 min, on the sixth day - 4.2 Hz for 8 min, on the seventh day - 4.2 Hz for min, on the 8-th, 9-th and 10-th days - 4.2 Hz for 10 min.
EFFECT: method increases efficiency and reduces the terms of treatment due to the impact of the laser irradiation, as a result of which the reparative regeneration of injured tissues is activated, work of the tarsal glands and local immunity are stimulated.
