FIELD: medicine, gynecology, urology. SUBSTANCE: method deals with local impact upon inflammatory process area due to stimulation element introduced into vagina or rectal area at impulse low-frequency electromagnetic field at 20-220 hertz impulse frequency and field voltage of 0.1-1 V/cm in therapy area. Device consists of generator of impulse low-frequency voltage which output is connected with stimulation element designed as cylindrical electrode installed inside the first section of two-section dielectric cylindrical body supplied with semi-spherical dielectric silencing device at one side and handle at the other side. At the same time the second section and a handle are designed with an opening to place connective conductor, generator of impulse low-frequency voltage is designed with possibility to set up impulse frequency ranged 20-220 hertz to develop impulse low-frequency electromagnetic field of 0.1-1 V/cm voltage.
