FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of parts from composite materials in single production, in particular, to a contact method of making articles from glass fabric. First a metal flexible mesh is laid onto temporary braces and pressed into the surface of the temporary braces to repeat all bends and contours of its surface. Then, the article is glued by placing onto the mesh on one or two sides layers of a glass fabric and a resin to produce the required thickness. Application of the metal mesh allows with sufficient accuracy repeat relief of the temporary braces (model), install elements of the temporary braces less often and impart the entire article sufficient rigidity while forming a smaller amount of additional stiffening ribs.
EFFECT: invention simplifies the technology of making articles from glass fabric, while providing increased rigidity and production of an article shaped as close as possible to the form, which must be formed.
