FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sandwich composites, particularly to production of triple polymer composite. Proposed method comprises: making the mid layer panels with ends skewed at about 45° on both sides in lengthwise section; making 5-6 mm-dia through holes in every mid panel layer; laying resin conducting mesh at sealed bench; laying sacrificial fabric on resin-conducting mesh; laying first layer of reinforcing material on resin-conducting mesh; laying of mid layer panels on said first layer of reinforcing material; connecting of laid panels of mid layer with the help of at least one layer of reinforcing material; laying of second bearing layer of reinforcing material on connected mid layer panels; laying of sacrificial fabric on second bearing layer of reinforcing materials; laying of resin-conducting mesh; laying of resin conducting channels; assembling of vacuum bag; feeding vacuum in tooling; testing said vacuum bag for tightness; feeding of polymer binder in tooling; curing to complete binder hardness to get finished triple polymer composite.
EFFECT: large-sized TPC with higher physical and mechanical properties.
