FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: when realizing the invention, for formation of filler, blocks with U-shaped cross-section, reinforced with multiaxial glass fiber fabric, which are successively laid on a mat of a matrix having a protrusion with an outline of the outer surface, corresponding to the contour of the inner surface of the blocks of the formed filler, opposite ends of which, when aligned in the longitudinal direction of the said protrusion, are fixed between the supports, stepped offset by the length of the formed filler. During formation of covering mats layers of carbon tapes with unidirectional orientation of carbon fiber parallel to thickness of covering mats are used in direction of longitudinal axis of filler at volume density of tapes of 1.6–1.7 g/cm3 and from multi-axial glass fabric with density of 600–1,250 g/m2 to form, on the basis of the last outer layer, a composite article and reinforcing layer for U-shaped blocks. Thermosetting polymer binder has dynamic viscosity of not more than 0.5 Pa⋅s, hardening temperature 70–1,100 °C, supply of which is carried out in an amount equal to (0.6–0.8)P, where P is weight (kg) of fibrous composite materials used in reinforcement of U-shaped blocks and formation of covering mats. Bridge beam bridge section bridge for composite collapsible bridge structure has shaping filler with U-shaped cross section, which skin is made multilayered with external surface from fiberglass, horizontally oriented section of skin along outer contour of beam forms surface of movement of bridge structure, and end docking elements of the beam are made in the form of metal brackets covering outer skin surfaces, having vertical oriented plates for interaction with internal vertically oriented walls of the beam lining and side brackets with lugs located on horizontally oriented part of staples.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method of making large-size composite articles for industrial and civil construction by vacuum infusion.
