FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used in an oil deposit further development mainly with increased and high oil viscosity. Method involves drilling of a design number of injection and production wells. Provided is water-flooding of the deposit and oil extraction to the surface with further drilling of additional horizontal producers or horizontal boreholes from old wells to the area of stagnant zones of oil. Herewith the drilling of horizontal wells is performed to the zones of remaining oil reserves, which are determined as per the analysis data, after flooding of the extracted product below the limit of profitable operation and determining corresponding injectors-sources of flooding. Drilling of additional wells or boreholes is performed in the direction of the nearest production wells so, that the source of flooding remains between the additional wells or boreholes. Herewith the productive part of an additional well or borehole should be located approximately at equal distance from the production wells and cover 30-70 % of the said distance. Oil extraction from the additional horizontal wells is performed with a low depression. At the additional horizontal wells flooding the length of their productive part is changed during the operation isolating the water supply intervals.

EFFECT: increasing oil recovery of a deposit.
