FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a catalyst composition for demercaptanisation of oil and oil products, consisting of disulfonic acid of cobalt phthalocyanine or its chlorine-substituted derivatives, alkanol-amines, polyethers and water, involves extraction from sulpho-mass the products of sulphonation of cobalt phthalocyanine or its chlorine-substituted derivatives by forming water-insoluble ion-associates with lipophylic tertiary amines, containing (C8-C10)-alkyl groups and their decomposition at treatment with aqueous solutions of alkanol-amines with formation of target aqueous solutions of alkanol ammonium salts of disulphonic acid of cobalt phthalocyanine or its chlorine derivatives. Lipophilic tertiary amine released in the form of the organic phase is returned into the cycle.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of technological process and exclusion of polluting, low-productive steps, such as filtering, drying, using minimum amount of equipment.
