FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the catalytic composition for the petroleum and gas condensate demercaptanisation. In its composition the composition contains a cobalt phthalocyanine derivative, an alkaline agent, a synergistic additive and water. As the cobalt phthalocyanine derivative, cobalt dibromephthalocyanine disulphonic acid is used. As the alkaline agent, secondary and tertiary alkanol amines of general formula are used RR1-N-CH2CH2OH, where R, R1 = H, CH3, C2H5, CH2CH2OH, forming with cobalt dibromephthalocyanine disulphonic acid the water-soluble alkanol amine salts. As the synergistic additive, polyethylene glycols and their esters are used of general formula R-O-(CH2-CH2-O)mH, where R=H, CH3, C2H5, C4H9, C12H23, C9H17–C6H4, m = 2–10. Components ratio is as follows (mass %): cobalt dibromephthalocyanine disulphonic acid is 15–25, alkanol amine is 4.7–13.3, polyethylene glycol or its monoester is 0.45–8, water up to 100.
EFFECT: use of the catalyst composition of this composition allows to substantially increase the specific catalytic activity in the demercaptanisation processes.
