FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly to method of producing three-dimensional ceramic articles. Technical result is achieved by method of producing three-dimensional ceramic articles, including applying layers of hardening material through nozzle in moving head. Material used is thermoplastic suspension, preheated to temperature in the range of 70-90 °C. Thermoplastic suspension used is a mixture of powdered aluminium oxide with thermoplastic binder - paraffin and wax. Supply of heated thermoplastic suspension is carried out through conical confuser nozzle with solution semi-angle θ=15° under pressure. At that, fast cooling layers of hardening material is implemented, obtained workpiece is annealed at temperature of 1,000-1,200 °C for not less than 1 hour, then, sintering at temperature of 1,700-1,800 °C is carried out with isothermal holding for not less than 1 hour.
EFFECT: higher process efficiency of manufacturing process and wider range of products.
