FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of ceramic parts by additive application of layers of hardening thermoplastic suspension. Thermoplastic suspension containing powder based on zirconium dioxide - yttrium dioxide (ZrO2 - Y2O3) and paraffin, and / or ceresin, and / or wax with surfactant additives. Additive layers of suspension are fed through conical converging nozzle in movable head with subsequent cooling, annealing and sintering of workpiece. Thermoplastic suspension is preheated to the fluidisation temperature, stirred to uniform consistency and compacted in the form of a solid cylindrical rod. Rod is placed in cylindrical container and supplied under force to connected to container through annular heat-insulating spacer movable head, heated to fluidization temperature of thermoplastic suspension. Head is subjected to layer fluidisation of rod. Mass fraction of powder in suspension and rod feed force are determined in accordance with specified ratios.
EFFECT: enabling uniform distribution of metal oxide particles in pre-compacted rod.
