FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of powder metallurgy, in particular to the production of powder products by 3D printing. It can be used to manufacture products of complex geometric shape. By pre-grinding a metal or ceramic powder with the addition of oleic acid and subsequent mixing with paraffin and beeswax, a thermoplastic dispersion is prepared containing a ceramic or metal powder with a maximum particle size not exceeding 10 mcm as a dispersed phase and 12.5-20, wt. %, of the thermoplastic binder in the form of a mixture containing, wt. %: paraffin 70-94, beeswax 5-29.8, oleic acid 0.2-1. The formation of the product is carried out by layer-by-layer application along a predetermined trajectory of a jet molten at 70-80°C and pre-activated by longitudinal ultrasonic vibrations. Then sintering is carried out to remove the binder and obtain a polycrystalline product.
EFFECT: invention ensures the production of durable products of complex geometric shape with high performance characteristics.
