SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and describes a propellant-free pharmaceutical formulation for topical administration, containing as an active ingredient finely ground particles of beclometasone dipropionate (BDP), suspended in an aqueous phase to be used for prevention and/or treatment of dermatological diseases, wherein said aqueous phase consists of an emulsifying agent, selected from a class of polysorbates, in an amount of 0.1 to 0.3 % wt/vol, sugar or sugar alcohol as a tonicity agent in amount, of 5.0-5.2 wt/vol, mixture of microcrystalline cellulose and carboxymethyl cellulose sodium as a thickening agent in an amount of 0.5-1.0 wt/vol, one or more preserving agents, water up to 100 %.
EFFECT: invention provides a good portable formulation possessing a high level of moisturising effect and characterised by effective permeability of active component in derma without significant systemic absorption.
