SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to solid pharmaceutical preparation of matrix type, which contains: (a) enteric polymer on basis of methacrylic acid; and (b) sugar and/or sugar alcohol, in which 1 g of sugar and/or sugar alcohol can be dissolved in no more than 4 g of water at water temperature from 20 to 25 °C, and tolvaptan. Tolvaptan is amorphous powder. Sugar and/or sugar alcohol is selected from group including erythrite, xylitol, lactitol, sorbitol, trehalose, maltose, dextrose, fructose and maltitol. Pharmaceutical solid preparation contains no softener.
EFFECT: pharmaceutical solid preparation of matrix type has high controllability of release, which suppresses release of tolvaptan in the upper gastrointestinal tract and fast releases tolvaptan in the lower gastrointestinal tract.
