FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Device for femoral bone fixation in hip replacement comprises holder for femoral bone, lever mechanism, actuator placed on surgical table and fastening device to be connected with actuator. Holder for femoral bone has curved hook part, which forms supported support of fixed femoral bone in area between high and low trochanters, and bar connected to hook part. Lever mechanism has stand and bracket, having basing element to accommodate bar. In fixing device lever mechanism rack can be installed. Actuator is equipped with drive for movement of post in control plane, passing perpendicular to recumbent surgical table surface and parallel to its longitudinal axis. Actuator has axis of rotation located perpendicular to control plane, relative to which fixing device can turn by means of post rotation drive in above control plane.
EFFECT: invention provides ease of use, in particular in femoral bone holder position control.
