SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a wind-driven power plant rotor blade and a wind-driven power plant containing at least one such blade. Rotor blade of a wind-driven power plant comprises front edge (211) of the rotor blade, rear edge (212) of the rotor blade, base (214) of the rotor blade for connection to the wind-driven power plant and tip (213) of the rotor blade, suction side (216) and supercharge side (217), line (215) of critical points along longitudinal direction (L) of the rotor blade from base (214) of the rotor blade to tip (213) of the rotor blade at a predetermined angle of the rotor blade installation and multiple vortex generators (300) in the area of line (215) of critical points, herewith line (215) of critical points is located within the area of supercharge side (217).
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reducing the noise level of the wind-driven power plant rotor blades operation.
