FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely, to alloys based on nickel-molybdenum-chromium-tungsten operating at high temperatures and suitable for use in gas turbine engines. Alloy based on nickel-molybdenum-chromium-tungsten contains, wt%: from 7 to 9 of chromium, from 21 to 24 of molybdenum, more than 5 of tungsten, up to 3 of iron, nickel and impurities: aluminium, cobalt, copper, manganese, niobium, silicon, tantalum, titanium and vanadium - the rest. Alloy after thermal treatment at the temperature of 760 °C (1,400 °F) has the Rockwell hardness of at least 23.
EFFECT: alloy is characterized by low thermal expansion factor, high characteristics of oxidation resistance and strength of up to 760 °C.
