REVERSER-REDUCTION GEAR Russian patent published in 1994 - IPC

Abstract RU 2010139 C1

FIELD: mechanical engineer. SUBSTANCE: driven shaft of the reverser-reduction gear is immovable when the lever is in the neutral position. The engine torque is transferred through a drive shaft to a hub, drums, thrust disks and to an oil pump - through gears. The oil pump sucks oil from the lower part of a casing and pumps it back through a cooler and a valve. Lubrication of all friction pairs is provided by spraying and through a system of orifices. When the lever is pushed into "forward stroke" position the pump pumps the oil to a cover with a control unit through the cooler, a filter and a pipeline. The oil is fed under pressure disk of forward clutch through channels in the cover with the control unit, in the drive shaft, through a radial clearance between a distance sleeve and the drive shaft and the drill in the hub, the oil axially moves the pressure disk. A plunger is simultaneously axially moved by the oil pressure following the pressure disk and overlaps the hole in the hub cutting-off oil leakage from under the pressure disk. The pressure disk compresses a stack of friction disks. As a result the engine torque is transferred to the driven shaft through the drive shaft, the hub, the drive drum, the compressed stack of friction disks of the forward clutch, the driven hub, the forward drive and driven gears. When the lever returns to the neutral position oil feed under the pressure disk is cut-off. The channel for oil feed to the pressure disk is simultaneously connected to the channel for oil drain into the oil bath of the body. The pressure disk moves back under the action of springs, the plunger moves simultaneously. The plunger opens the hole in the hub, and this speeds up oil bleed and returning of the pressure disk to the initial position. The stack of the friction disks of the forward clutch is drawn apart. The driven shaft stops. When the lever is pushed to the "back stroke" position the oil pump feeds the oil under the pressure disk of the back clutch through the cooler, the oil filter, the pipeline, the channels in the cover with the control unit, the central hole in the drive shaft and the hole in the hub. EFFECT: improved structure. 5 dwg
