FIELD: turbines.

SUBSTANCE: turbine nozzle assembly includes a blade with inner and outer side walls made integral with the blade, as well as internal and external rings. Inner ring is connected to the inner side wall, and outer ring is connected to the outer side wall with hook junction and weld junction. In the junction between outer sidewall and outer ring there is a mechanical radial block. Hook junction between the outer ring and outer side wall is formed by the front hook of outer ring or by outer lateral wall and complementary recess of the outer side wall or outer ring, respectively, where the said hook is inserted into the recess. Hook junction between inner ring and inner side wall is formed by front projection with a hook of the inner ring or of the inner side wall and complementary central recess of the inner side wall or inner ring, respectively, where the said front projection with hook is inserted into the recess. Central recess comprises partially closed recess to interact with hook, and is formed between the hook fixator of and the other projection, respectively, of the inner side wall or inner ring. Size of the inlet of said central recess provides possibility of placing the length of said front projection with hook. When fitting the blades in said nozzle assembly, outer side wall of each blade is inserted in circumferential direction in the external ring by inclination of said hook of outer side wall in the direction of recess of outer ring and turning said hook into said recess to achieve full interaction of said hook and recess. Internal ring is located to allow alignment of its central recess with said front projections with hooks of the side walls of installed blades, and inner ring is moved towards the inner side walls so that said projections with hooks enter said central recesses of the inner side walls. Inner ring is lowered so that said projection hooks enter said partially closed recesses. One more group of invention relates to the steam turbine comprising above mentioned nozzle assembly.

EFFECT: group of inventions reduces deformation of the nozzle assembly arising in welding of the blades having inner and outer rings.
