FIELD: control equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to monitoring system of temperature of the rough shape for machine sections with a closed cycle in production of glass articles. Control system comprises of a device for determining temperature of rough surface shape, coolant source, a valve for coolant supply, at least, to one element of the rough shape, input data of temperature, a controller to provide output data of cooling duration for valve control, that supplies the coolant, a system for controlling errors with feedback. System for monitoring of errors with feedback controller of the thermal model shape, which calculates the forecast temperature of the rough shape, first summation for subtracting the predicted temperature provided by the controller of thermal model of shape of temperature measurement result provided by the device for measuring heat to produce error modelling. Control system also contains the second summation to subtract error simulation provided by the first summation from the input temperature data indicating the desired temperature to obtain the error signal, that is supplied to the controller.
EFFECT: technical result is in improvement of quality of glass containers due to maintaining of the preset temperature value of blanks.
