FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to talocrural orthopaedic devices. Talocrural orthopedic device comprises a first part for connection with a leg gripping element, a second part for connection with foot gripping element and a connector for connection of first and second parts. Connector comprises a first adjustment device which provides first adjustment relative movement of first and second parts around a first axis of rotation of device in adjustment position, and comprises a second adjustment device for providing second adjustment relative movement of first and second parts around second axis of rotation of device in adjustment position. When using in fixed position, in which device is attached to leg and foot of a user, first axis of device essentially corresponds to main anatomical axis of rotation of subtalar joint, and second axis of device essentially corresponds to main anatomical axis of rotation of tibiofibular joint. Line to facilitate immobilisation of body part comprises said talocrural orthopedic device.
EFFECT: inventions enable to use geometry of displacement to create a dynamic orthopaedic device designed to be secured or inclination subtalar joint without need to use connecting rods or attachment and bending elbow.
