FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out remodeling excision of calcaneus fracture in wrong position along consolidation lines of lateral anterior and tuberculous fragments. Anklebone articulation surfaces cartilage coating residues and calcaneus fragments are removed. Lateral fragment is set and fixed in anatomical position with respect to the anklebone. Remaining calcaneus fragments are set and fixed in orienting over the set lateral fragment. The anklebone is transferred from abnormal into normal position. Implant is laid into the formed calcaneus defect.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in recovering calcaneus articulation functions; accelerated treatment course.
