Method comprises the steps: a base station apparatus receives indicating information that user equipment is switched to a mode of multicast service; the base station device replies to the indicating information and generates a connection configuration information of a radio resource, including an reception cycle with intervals; base station device the connection configuration information of the radio resource to the user equipment, so that the user equipment configures the reception cycle with intervals, as a reception cycle with intervals of the user equipment; and when the user equipment is in the mode of the multicast service, base station device supports connection of the radio resource control with the user equipment in accordance with the connection configuration information of the radio resource.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is significant reducing the retard of establishment of the multicast service, this allows quick establishment of the multicast service.
