SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering. Such result is achieved by the fact, that after reception of the group call configuration command sent by the base station, cluster terminal configures, according to a group call configuration command, a group call context, a discontinuous reception command and group call resources, and executes a discontinuous reception command. When determining to enter a period of activation of a discontinuous reception command, the cluster terminal listens to the physical channel and when determining to enter the inactive period of the intermittent reception command, the terminal stops listening to the physical channel.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of terminal power consumption during group call service.
