FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building and can be used in plowshares production and recovery. Ploughshare consists of two elements - frame and chisel-shaped part (bit) attached by welding. Frame is made by stamping from steel with carbon content of 0.50-0.60 % and has blade toughened by sormite built-up layer with hardness of not less than 40 HRC. Bit is steel plate made from laminated spring low alloyed steels with carbon content of 0.55-0.65 % and thermally hardened to hardness of 52-54 HRC by quenching in water with temperature of 840 °C without tempering, at which buried part is deposited with hard abrasion-resistant carbide-forming alloy, providing coating hardness of 58-62 HRC, on width of 50 mm from rear side.

EFFECT: such ploughshare performance technology is aimed at increasing of buried part resistance to abrasive wear, longer life and maintainability.
