FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of cutting-and-bladed part of plowshares, as well as in hardening during their restoration. One layer of abrasion-resistant alloy of high hardness is applied surfacing on rear and outer side of cutting-and-bladed area of plow along its entire length, first to one side of cutting and blades area of ploughshare, and after weld metal is cooled down to 40...60 °C – on its other side. Welding layer of width equal to 0.5 width of cutting-and-cutting area is obtained on each side. Electrode material is used to obtain weld metal with hardness of at least 59 HRC having complex carbides in the structure.
EFFECT: invention provides increased resistance of the cutting-and-bladed part to abrasive wear and life of the ploughshare with observance of the condition of self-organization of the wear process and provision of low level of residual stresses.
