FIELD: agriculture; mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural engineering and repair production, namely, to manufacture and strengthening of shares with removable chisels. Share casing includes fixing holes, cutting blade part and removable chisel. Attachment area of removable chisel has metal with hardness of 58–62 HRC with carbide and carbboride in structure which is welded in adjacent area to chisel attachment point, width equal to maximum width of apparent wear with increase of 10 mm, and thickness of 3–5 mm.
EFFECT: such design solution provides reduction in wear rate of hardened area, as well as creation conditions for uniform wear of separate parts of workpiece and increase in resource.
