FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lighting devices with long service life. Illumination device comprises at least one LED and at least one colour converter. Colour converter comprises at least one organic fluorescent dye in the matrix of polystyrene or polycarbonate. LED and colour converter are in configuration of remote luminophore. Between the colour converter and LED gas is placed, such as air, noble gases, nitrogen or their mixture. Organic fluorescent dye selected from perylene derivatives of formulae II-X, specified in the description.
EFFECT: proposed colour converters based on perylene fluorescent dyes provide illumination devices with high quantum output of fluorescence and longer service life.
