SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental pharmacology, and concerns detecting and studying agents for increasing performance capability of laboratory animals in experiment. Method involves administration of actoprotector, represented by N-diphenylphosphoryl-N′-alkyl(C6-C10)urea with structural formula Ph2P(O)NHC(O)NHCH2CH=CH2 and gross-formula C16H17N2O2P. Compound is introduced in form of solution intragastrically through probe in dose of 10-15 mg/kg of animal's weight 20-40 minutes before the Porsolt test and test on a vertical screen-grid.

EFFECT: method provides higher performance level of laboratory animals in conditions of high physical activity, which can allow further use of said compound in medical and/or sports practice.
