FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: suspension bridge with a universal self-centering system, located below bridge superstructure, and surface tension springs has two universal self-centering systems as support for bridge superstructure. Rollers, or sprockets, if chain is used, of external base are removed from environment aggressive effect region. Roller, located in aggressive region has been replaced with two pairs of rollers, which are fixed at higher level, relative to replaced roller. Section of rope or chain, connecting one base rollers, are used for rope or chain tensioning. Effect of forces on these rope sections does not change properties of universal self-centering system.
EFFECT: bridge has increased resistance to winds and seismic vibrations.
