FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method for building bridges, aboveground railways and motor roads is in suspending a bridge or a road span construction by means of a self-centering system arranged perpendicular to the bridge span construction. The self-centering system contains an inner and an outer base, on which groups of inner and outer rollers, at least 3 on each base, are arranged with the possibility of rotation relative to the axes. The number of the inner and outer rollers is the same, the inner and the outer rollers are connected together by a closed cable, belt, or chain. When the cable, the belt or the chain moves along its axis, all rollers rotate at the same speed, the rotation direction of the inner rollers is opposite to the rotation direction of the outer rollers, the outer base covers the inner base.
