FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to in-layer forming of a 3D article by sintering a powder material. Device comprises a tape to form a three-dimensional article from layers of a powder material arranged with the possibility of its rewinding from roll (1) into roll (2) using pulling rollers (3) and supporting belt (4), hopper for excess of powder material (7), tape perforation system (5), filling system (6) of the tape perforation points with a powder plastic, ceramic or metal material of the produced object made with the possibility of using the powder material from hopper for excess of powder material (7), system (8) of cleaning the tape from the powder material particles not falling into the perforation, tape compression system (9) made to compress the tape with filled with the powder material places of perforation, chamber (10) of sintering roll (2) made by winding the compressed tape with filled with the powder material places of perforation to form a three-dimensional sintered article, sintering control system (11) and system (12) of separation of the sintered article from the tape.
EFFECT: provided are: increased rate of formation of the article, higher accuracy of manufacturing and improvement of the article quality.
