FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for layer-by-layer production of three-dimensional biological objects, in which tissues and organs for incubation are formed according to a three-dimensional CAD model using systems of winding, winding, tensioning and filling, a system of filling with various types of cells through heads of jet printers. Invention allows increasing the speed, accuracy and strength of tissue and organ formation while reducing the cost of the process, as well as simultaneous use of multiple types of cells.
EFFECT: invention can be used in organ implantation and tissue engineering for reconstruction of soft tissue defects.
