FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: useful model relates to medicine, particularly to biomedicine, and can be used in organ implantation and tissue engineering for the reconstruction of soft tissue defects. Disadvantages of the known devices are high material consumption, possibility of formation of excess nutrient medium on the receiving surface, which can prevent design embedding of single tissue spheroids. Not all types of cells are able to form a large spheroid and with increase in its size the probability of living cells in the centre decreases. Low speed of bioprinting and accuracy of destruction of spheroids at friction, weak mechanical properties of the obtained structures, distortions due to rheological features of gel medium. Useful model of a device for layer-by-layer production of three-dimensional biological objects, in which tissues and organs for incubation are formed, according to a three-dimensional CAD model, using heads of jet printers, additionally comprises a porous scaffold tape for forming a three-dimensional biological object from layers filled with cells, arranged with possibility of its rewinding from roll to roll by means of stretching rollers, winding, winding and tensioning control system, made with possibility of winding water-soluble separation porous tape and filtering layer, belt filling system with different types of cells, drainage system, cell positioning accounting system, layer alignment accounting system, a container for nutrient fluid, a device for creating a vacuum, a container for excess water, a common synchronizing system.
EFFECT: increasing the speed, multiple types of cells used simultaneously, accuracy and strength of formation of tissues and organs with reduction of cost.
