FIELD: data processing.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method and system for controlling movement of aircraft. To manage separation between vehicles, method comprises predicting a closest point of approach between paths of two vehicles, generating compensating commands first vehicle with required level of separation and approach time, generating control commands taking into account compensating commands and required level of separation. Separation control system comprises a module for controlling separation.
EFFECT: preventing collision of vehicles.
