FIELD: aeronautics. SUBSTANCE: all flying vehicles within control zone are divided by means of computer into three groups each incorporating those requiring control of zero probability, vehicles whose control probability is higher than zero, and those of unity control probability. Flying vehicles of these three groups and associated information are displayed on air situation indicator in different colors. For evaluating time of approach of conflicting flying vehicles, the latter are connected by lines with scale whose division value equals speed of approach. In addition, computer calculates and indicator displays predicted longitudinal and side distances between conflicting flying vehicles during their maximal approach; scale shows how longitudinal or vertical speed should be varied to prevent conflict. EFFECT: improved safety of flight and increased traffic capacity of system. 3 cl, 5 dwg
